Clean, gorgeous hotel had welcoming lobby. Everything was perfectly fine, though a few employees were awful. Our room was newly renovated and functional with tea and coffee making facilities and the buffet breakfast offered has plenty of dishes. The location was best possible, minute walk from a Gothic church.

Everything was good, loved our comfortable stay. Its location was very central, near University of Innsbruck.

Staff and rooms were perfect, and all in all I loved this hotel. Located in a nice area, minutes from a train station. The stay was nice, recommend.

The staff were informative and good, were waiting for us in the friendly lobby.

This hotel was enjoyable base for exploring Innsbruck, loved it and venue's exceptional staff from check-in right up through check-out. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the poolside bar.

The weather was warm sunny, had luxurious stay. Breakfast with nice view, good coffee and salmon. Stunning & relaxing rooms with balcony-nice.

Good value and the best experience. The hotel staff were delightful and the room was airy. Functional style venue with original furniture in the rooms. The breakfast included cheese, meats, bread, scrambled eggs and pastries. Very quick check in and well-organised service.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Innsbruck. I enjoyed staff and location - they were excellent.

The location is unique, the hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff are customer-facing.

Staying at the hotel was very good, I would come back for sure. Air conditioned room, nice bed, professional staff, good value. I got free upgrade and loved it. Spotlessly clean property, great service.

The hotel was lovely relaxing, the room was generous-sized and generous-sized, had essentials for a just perfect stay. Good beds and coffee, free tea and hairdryer. The breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of scrambled eggs, bread, meats, pastries and cereal. Fast check in and in general friendly service.

The views were very strange.

Pretty much what I expected : pleasant hotel, reasonably priced. Decent location, flawless staff and extraordinary breakfast with good products. Special view, a beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, too. A power shower was marble and everything was pleasant.

I loved all the hotel offered: super comfortable beds and very efficient staff. The room was immaculate and the view was gorgeous. The service at this lovely central venue was courteous! Top location to Tyrolean Folk Art Museum. The restaurant was pleasant, absolutely delicious food.

Room was brand new, I loved a handy location and fairly friendly staff: )
